Where are your products from?

We purchase and manufacture most of our furniture products in Vietnam, but they are mostly made of imported woods, leather and fabrics, from the best suppliers in Europe and the US. Our rugs are from India, and our home perfumes from Portugal.

Do you provide custom-made furniture?

We do not make custom-made products unless our customers come with a project. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies for custom Design services. Please liaise with our sales team for more details.

Do you charge for delivery?

For any purchase under 5,000,000vnd a delivery fee applies to you order. It is calculated on the checkout page, before the payment process depending on your location. Over 5M vnd the delivery is free in the HCMC radius.

What is the guaranty on the products?

Our furniture have a One-Year guaranty. The guaranty applies on the construction and the hardware of our products. For problems caused by an abusive use of the furniture, such as damaged caused by children, stain or scratches, we do not provide refund.

Can you re-upholster an old sofa?

We do not provide re-upholstery services, including on our own upholstered products, but we can provide our customers with fabric or leather to take it to another upholstery workshop.

Add items to your bag:

1. Ensure you are on the website.
2. Browse the categories across the top navigation bar which includes New arrivals, Furniture, Accessories, Lighting and Sales.
3. Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred color, size (if applicable) and the quantity you wish to purchase then simply click ‘ADD TO CART’.
4. You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalize your order.

Proceed to purchasing items:

1. Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click
   the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the top right of the website.
2. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted
   by simply clicking the ‘EDIT’ button that is located on the right hand side within the Order Overview
   section of the checkout. Your amendments will be updated and allow you to proceed with the
   checkout process.

We offer FREE DELIVERY in HCMC except for Gồm Nhà Bè, Cần Giờ, Hóc Môn, Củ Chi, and Bình Chánh areas. In all other provinces within Vietnam a delivery fee will apply and is calculated on the checkout page. Please check before the payment process, the delivery costs will update according to your location.
